About Me
I spent the earliest years of my life in Sussex before moving to London, where I studied Media & Communications at Goldsmith's University. I then worked in television audio before travelling and working for a number of years in Asia. At this time I studied meditation and yoga in Nepal and India, whilst deepening my reading of Jung.

I have also lived in Cambodia and Sri Lanka, where I worked in a number of Non-Governmental, charitable organisations. Whilst living in Cambodia I was involved in directing a school that served underprivileged children in the capital city, Phnom Penh. During this time it became clear to me that I wished to work for and with others.

I returned to the UK and completed an MSc in Psychology in Leeds, which included a research project on the psychological wellbeing of the children at the school in Phnom Penh. I also began work with a mental health crisis centre in Leeds and as a support worker in assisted accommodation for individuals with enduring psychological difficulties.

I moved on to working as a talking therapist within the NHS, a position I have held for 10 years. Whilst working in the NHS, I completed my training as a Jungian Analyst with The Independent Group of Analytical Psychologists.
